Dr. Jane Alstatt got her professional experience by consulting organizations, leading HR departments and implementing integrated Talent Management solutions in global companies with up to 20,000 employees, 50 offices, in 5 countries. She has excelled in such diverse industries as transportation, high tech, internet business, finance, telecommunication, distribution and business education. Her background includes working with C-level executives, Top Leaders, Key Talent, High-potentials of small private companies to multimillion dollar publicly traded organizations.

Dr. Jane Alstatt has a real passion for leadership effectiveness coaching, executive coaching, team work facilitation and assessment feedback. In leadership development projects she applies world class coaching methodology and sharp assessment instruments (360, MBTI, FIRO-B, Big Five, Belbin team roles, OPQ, DISC, CSA STRESS TEST).


Dr. Jane Alstatt holds a Master’s and a Ph.D. degree in Organizational Psychology, Master's degree in Physics Engineering. She is Board Certified Coach (The Center for Credentialing & Education) from 2012, PHR (professional in Human Resources) from 2003.  She has completed executive coaching training with The Center for Creative Leadership (top 6 in FT rating of global executive education), Cross-cultural coaching and assessment training with CernySmith (CSA) and Cross-Cultural communication training at University of Missouri - Kansas City (UMKC).
